At Next Nirvana, we pack each order with love, sparkle, and speed. Here's everything you need to know about how your order ships!
Processing Time
We ship from Sparks, Nevada and process most orders within 1-3 business days. Custom engraved items may take a little longer — but they're worth the wait!
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your package size and location. Typical delivery times:

USPS First Class: 3–7 business days (for small accessories)

USPS Priority / UPS Ground: 2–5 business days (for engraved tumblers & sets)
Please note: shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, packaging type, and destination. We work hard to keep our rates as low as possible! We dislike shipping just as much as you do.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Wait 24 hours in case of GPS mis-scan.
